I have been in internet marketing for over ten years and have seen marketing techniques come and go. Some are still around and some are new and innovative. Writing articles is not as hard as you might think so give it a try. You will be delightfully surprised at how much it can affect your business. Remember: Don't worry about fancy words. People are looking for help, not big words. Advertise in your resource box, not your article. Provide real, helpful info and resources, hot hype! Write from the heart! Let your personality shine through in your articles. Blogging - Blogging is a newer form of online marketing that just started becoming popular in the late 90's. Be consistent; send your ezine regularly as scheduled. Be sure and proofread before sending it out. Online Networking - Online networking, as with offline networking, is very important to your business. For example: if you are advertising kids' books, you don't want to advertise in an ezine about cars. Once you find several targeted ezines, subscribe to them so you can look them over and see if the publisher is reliable in sending them out. You can also look over the other ads and make sure the publisher is selective in their advertising. You can possibly learn what the other readers think of the ezine as well. Try contacting the publisher to see if they respond to your email. Ask about testimonials from other advertisers. Find out how many ads they run per issue and what the costs are. You could also ask the publisher to do an ad swap to get an idea of what the response is like. Be selective in your choices and always code your ads so you know which ezines actually deliver. Its a Fact: That being passionate about the products or services you represents plays a huge part in the success you will experience. Its a Fact: That most peoples "inner language" with money is the predominate factor that keeps them broke. Its a Fact: That 97% of Americans at the age of 65, will be dead, dead broke, or relying on others or the government for their care and finances. Do you know in order to have 3000 dollars a month in passive income in real estate, you would, as an example need to own five houses that rented for 600.00 per month, were completely paid off and absolutely nothing could go wrong i.e, repairs,. Actually you would have taxes, yard up keep and other expenses like this. Lets say you would need six houses to give you that 3000 per month in passive income. Lets say each home cost 80,000 dollars. That would cost you 480 thousand dollars. That's if you had the cash. Times that by three ( a 30 year note ) Around 1.5 million and thirty years before that would ever cash flow 3,000 dollars. Get this: I have a side business online that almost accidentally developed, that I have spent no money on at all. I simply write a little here and there, find free stuff to give away, and this will flow 3,000 in less that 1 year. Its absolutely passive. This is one benefit I have experience from changing my path. Work at home based business is simply superior to anything on the table. It is a Fact. The main reason people don't get started with me, in a business that can, and has over and over generated multiple six figures the first year, is because they don't believe its real. The more you try to convince them its real the less they would believe. So I don't. They are no better than me or you. They definitely don't work harder, they are not smarter. They believe different things than you or I and they worked with mentors.
