It is a scam. I paid them and never got one thing from them! I emailed
them, called them and nothing they took my $200 and ran with it. I am
in the middle of disputing this with my credit card company. DO NOT FALL
FOR IT! I reported them to the BBB. I asked them for a refund nothing...no
emails no calls no nothing! WATCH OUT! (Submitted by a guest at Direct

You have to put ads in the paper that say 'Earn thounsands from home,
for info send $1 and SASE to (your address). You keep the persons dollar
and in return you send person a flyer from BSN but you can't see flyer
from BSN until you prove to them you have placed an ad so you can't even
see what you are asking these people to pay for. PLUS many newspapers
will not allow ads of this nature - because it sounds like an obvious
scam. The L.A. Times would not allow it, for instance. Don't waste your
time - it is a big disappointment. |
Project2
This is just one of many of these sites. If you run a search you will
find plenty of them still in operation. |
Home
Busines
It is a simple pyramid with a really great flash website. I was directed
to it when I answered a work at home ad. You join their group for a monthly
fee and then get others to join. You are paid for the ones that join that
you refer. There is no way to get a "real job" on their site. (No Longer
Active) |
| SJ
Gabel
They claim they deal with big name companies and a worthless diskette
of reports who are constantly hiring people to work at home. All they
do is send you a list of companies and tell you to refer people and get
them to buy the same thing you did. (Not Active, they are being sued)
UPDATE: SJ Gabel was sued by the Attorney General of Washington
recently but do not be so nieve as to think she no longer exists. In fact,
she continues to use the name "SJ Gabel". However, instead of hosting
purely on homestead and angelfire websites, she has several new geocities
domains. Her wording has changed to be even more misleading, but the results
are still the same. If you send your money into SJ Gabel you will only
receive (if anything) an unusable disc that contains nothing more than
200 business start up reports from Brandel Communications. If you have
been a victim of the SJ Gabel scam and have not received a refund, you
CAN easily obtain one. All you have to do is contact Paypal (or Pay Direct
since I believe she only uses these two processing companies) and create
a buyer complaint. You can also contact your credit card company and create
a chargeback indicating that what you received was NOT what was advertised.
Although credit card companies do not like buyers doing this repeatedley,
if you feel it is warranted, we advise you to do so. Of course, do not
make this a regular occurance. By visiting our website and forums, you
will avoid the likes of SJ Gabel and other similiar organizations before
it is too late. |

A.V.I.
A.V.I. Data Processing Center Division of Nationwide Collection Services
PMB 105, 7231 Boulder Ave., Highland, CA 92346 Sue Davis. Consider this
a scam because the advertisement LEADS you to believe that you will be
working directly for a company, when in effect, you source your own work
and are paid $20.00 from an outside party. I seriously doubt if you will
ever see a bonus from this company as bonuses are dependent on whether
or not the company accepts the claim. I also wonder if you have any liability
to the third parties concerning the initial $20.00 they paid for the service.

our business software and detailed instructions on how to earn unlimited

Read it very carefully and you realize the light typing is to email to

Money From Home
There programs are all a scam. This site is the biggest rip off I've seen
on working at home. They say they are a scam free zone but do not honor
their money back guarantees. I've seen numerous complaints on this company
since purchasing two of their products. I wish I would have seen these
complaints earlier. I urge everyone who has ordered from this company
to contact the BBB in Virginia. They also go by http://www.money-at-home.com

This company promises a job from home, but does not even reply to its
customers after receiving the 'processing fees'. The most a customer can
hope for is their lame listing of 'companies hiring'. Want a list? Let
Direct Fraud know, and they will give you one FREE! Save your money, and
move on. Been scammed by Moore Enterprises? Direct Fraud is currently
compiling a section dedicated to this company, so please send them your
experiences, both good and bad. They will be happy to help you IF possible.

NHES-Illinois, United States
Read the NHES Better Business Report
These guys have made a fortune from the desperation of homeworkers needing
to quickly find a job. With promises of clerical work, and data entry
positions available through NHES within a specified time period (usually
within one week), it is easy to fall prey to their website's offerings.
However, NHES is NOT hiring anyone, and in fact, never has. This website
is focused on misleading the consumer into believing that a job is waiting,
when in fact, their site is constantly changing as it is shut down by
online consumer protection groups (including Direct Fraud™). Worse, they
will continue to charge your credit card $29.99, time and time again forcing
consumers to call their banking institutions to cancel all accounts. Their
website changes location, usually because we continue to shut them down
whenever they appear. Stay FAR away from this website, its recruiters
and anyone else who claims that NHES is a legitimate source for work.
Better yet, send them our way! We would LOVE to talk to them :) We currently
have over 269 complaints in regards to the NHES website. The massive amount
of people that they have scammed leads us to believe that they are one
of the more clever scammers, so please be extra cautious when involved
with this or any associated company. Chris Sours National Home Employment
Services e-mails: HomeJobs@mail.com or Dataentry1@aol.com He asks for
bank account information in order to charge the $29.95 (according to BBB
$39.95) application processing fee but then never delivers any information.
Want to file a complaint against NHES? Fill out the online complaint form
found at the "Attorney General's™ of Illinois where NHES resides.

Pathway
Illinois (Associated to NHES) Easy Pathway 6004 South Cass Avenue Westmont,
IL 60559
There is a company called Easy Pathway, Westmont, IL, who claims to outsource
data entry services to people. All anyone has to do is pay $50, take and
pass a placement test. They are listed as an envelope stuffing, craft
assembly firm. Direct Fraud looked into thier BBB report. They have 5
unresolved reports since last July and have an overall rating of Unsatisfactory.
Of course everyone will pass this test as it is their way of making money,
but there is no job. Please proceed with absolute caution. |
| Data
Pro's
Direct Fraud has been informed that this company offers guaranteed work,
but does not produce it. They charge a fee that is nonrefundable, and
angry consumers cannot seem to get a response from this company, so please
do NOT attempt to sign up for employment. It does NOT exist at "Go Data
Pro's". A letter from several consumers all relays the same information.
They do not provide the service they guarantee.
One of these letters reads: "Go Data Pros are a bad scam.... I
went to a site under the name of Data Pros and they have nothing to do
w/ one another. So be sure that I gave the right name.... godatapros@msn.com
that is the right one... when I talked to one of the people at the other
Data Pros.... he said he received many complaints about them. So they
have done this to alot of people. I am sure it is a scam... they ask for
30 dollar fee and take 300. I agree on not letting these people do this
anymore. |
